Your typical day will involve working with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, developing customizations, and integrating with other systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations with other systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to ensure successful delivery of projects. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, including mentoring and training on Microsoft Dynamics CRM development best practices. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development, including customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with related technologies, such as .NET, SQL Server, and Azure. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Experience with source control tools, such as Git or TFS. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
