Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and configuring software applications that align with business processes and requirements. Your role will involve creating solutions that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: • Independent Expertise: Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and establish oneself as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP BTP Integration Suite. • Develop integration scenarios using SAP BTP Integration Suite components like API Management and Event Mesh. • Set up adapters such as IDoc/RFC, HTTP, OData, SOAP APIs, and SFTP within the BTP environment. • Create and maintain integration flows (iFlows) with palette functions, Groovy scripts, and transformation logic. • Oversee integration objects and workflows, ensuring optimal performance and timely issue resolution. • Analyze logs and traces to promptly diagnose and address integration issues. • Prepare comprehensive test case and technical specification documents. • Active Collaboration: Engage proactively in team discussions, contributing valuable insights and fostering a collaborative environment. • Problem-Solving: Provide innovative solutions to work-related challenges, leveraging technical expertise to address complex issues. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to comprehend project requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. • Custom Enhancements: Design and implement custom enhancements within the SAP BTP Integration Suite to meet specific business needs. • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring seamless application functionality and minimal disruption. • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in application development, integrating new knowledge to enhance solution offerings. • Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: • Core Competency: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite, encompassing components such as Cloud Integration, API Management, and Event Mesh. • Cloud Application Development: Strong understanding of cloud-based application development principles and best practices. • Integration Expertise: Experience in integrating SAP solutions with third-party applications, utilizing various integration technologies and protocols. • API Development & Management: Knowledge of API development, management, and integration, including familiarity with REST, SOAP, and OData protocols. • Application Deployment: Hands-on experience in developing and deploying applications on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability and performance. Additional Information: • The candidate should have a minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite • A 15 years full-time education is required
