Lead end-to-end testing activities for Oracle HCM implementations, enhancements, and upgrades — including test planning, test case design, execution, defect management, and sign-off. 2. Oversee and coordinate all test phases (SIT, UAT, Regression, Payroll Parallel, and Integration testing) ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Payroll BCP and Payroll Costing are key modules 3. Drive testing for HCM integrations across modules and third-party systems such as UKG (Workforce Management/Timekeeping), Payroll vendors, Finance, and other HR systems." Professional & Technical Skills: "1. Possess strong functional understanding of Oracle HCM Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and Time & Labor modules to validate end-to-end process flows. 2. Collaborate with Business, Functional, Integration, and Technical teams to validate inbound/outbound interfaces using OIC, HDL, and CIF ensuring accurate data flow and reconciliation. 3. Define and manage test data strategy, environment readiness, and automation feasibility in partnership with shared services or automation teams. 4. Track testing metrics, defect trends, and provide status reporting to stakeholders while ensuring continuous improvement in test process efficiency and quality. 5.Good to have Selenium skills" Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
