Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support business operations. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Lead and execute functional, integration, and regression testing for UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence, Attendance, EZ call and Compliance. 2. Validate end-to-end business workflows for employee time capture, accruals, pay rules, shift scheduling, and labor law adherence across various employee populations. 3. Perform detailed integration testing between UKG Pro WFM and Oracle HCM, ensuring accurate data exchange for employee master data, pay components, accruals, and payroll processing. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and Oracle integration teams to analyze interface designs (e.g., via OIC, APIs, SFTP, or flat files) and validate inbound/outbound data consistency. 2. Design, review, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios aligned to business requirements and process configurations. 3. Manage test data setup, environment validation, and defect tracking through tools such as JIRA, ALM, or qTest, ensuring timely closure and quality delivery. 4. Contribute to QA best practices by identifying automation candidates, improving test coverage, and supporting test planning for new implementations or enhancements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Kronos. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
