Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires collaborating with various stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes analyzing existing systems, developing new features, and ensuring that applications operate efficiently within the intended environment. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving business demands are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application designs and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate application functionality and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in designing test cases and test scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Ability to work with development teams to integrate testing processes within the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools to monitor and report testing progress.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
