1. 5+ years of working experience in semiconductor industry with hands-on fab/lab experience is preferred (Etch/Dielectric Metal Deposition/EPI etc.)

2. Knowledge of Semiconductor Equipment/Process and strong Data analysis capabilities is required, direct experience of Python coding and AI machine learning is a plus

3. Customer facing and project management experience, passionate to provide solutions to both complex and day to day customer challenges

4. Fluent English verbal/written skills to communicate with global team and presentation skills is required

5. Good team player, quick learner

6. Flexible on business travel. Travel Rate: up to 30%

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Gain in-depth understanding of customer technologies and critical gaps; drive Digital Tools solution development and implementation; Deliver validated results

2. Lead and support projects to deliver KPI for success in customers site through high involvement in the SOW, communicate clearly with customer on project progress and results

3. Analyze, transfer and tune Digital Tools capabilities in order to optimize system performance for specific application

4. Deploy new service products to solve customer HVPs in troubleshoot issues in fabs and validate value in the field, provide application training to internal and external customers per user persona

5. Technically leads complex application activities, working with cross-functional groups to meet Service Agreement KPI
