Join a dynamic Pfizer Digital Integration team dedicated to maximizing value from strategy through execution. This person plays a critical role in the Support Services Organization, which is a collaborative group focused on building eminence with application integration technologies and celebrating digital excellence. This is achieved by (1) adhering to the enterprise Digital Operating Model, (2) ensuring consistent, transparent, and high performing Digital applications, (3) driving enterprise value in transformative ways, and (4) illuminating the impact of Digital efforts on Pfizer's mission to create breakthroughs that change patients' lives.
As Application Integration Lead , you will develop interfaces using files, APIs, Web Services to SAP and non SAP systems. You will also be responsible for transformation of Integration Applications towards a Microservices/API architecture leveraging Pfizer Digital Container Services and using Docker, Kubernetes, Kong, Postgres, ELK and multiple other open source solutions
You will work with cross functional teams, technical developers, and business stakeholders to provide high-quality data solutions that fulfill the business needs and objectives.
Furthermore, the manager will oversee onshore and offshore contractors.

- Lead and support application Interface development activities for GBS, eCommerce, Ariba, and several SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Support integration projects through various phases from gathering business requirements to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Design, Build and support end-to-end functional designs for interfaces using EDI (ANSI and EDIFACT standards), APIs, Web services and Secure FTP.
- Collaborate with other middleware teams in the landscape that manage Gentran Integration Server (GIS), Middleware tools, Secure FTP, Extract Transform and Load (ETL)
- Suggest improvements to current operational procedures within the integration environment
- Test and develop microservices, APIs, iFlows and other components as part of the development team using agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with both internal and external partners to Develop customized interfaces
- Support and maintain existing interfaces
- Review and revise technical designs in Integration design Documents to meet Integration project requirements.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to internal Pfizer clients
- Coordination and execution of integration solutions for new initiative deployments. Solution deployments may cross many applications and technologies including SAP and non-SAP systems, as well as emerging technologies
QUALIFICATIONS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/MS Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or related area
- 5+ years of experience in transforming Integration Applications towards a Microservices/API architecture leveraging Pfizer Digital Container Services and using Docker, Kubernetes, Kong, Postgres, ELK and multiple other open source solutions
- 5+ years of experience working with Cloud based integration technologies
- Strong knowledge of application Interface architecture, components, functions, and features such as XML, JSON and WSDL expertise
- Project management knowledge & skills
- Ability to function effectively in a matrix model as well as team environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- At least 1-3 full cycle end-to-end implementation experience using SDLC or ADLC methodologies
- Understanding off-site/offshore and remote development methodology is needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive working knowledge of data and process modeling techniques
- Proficiency in implementing integration flows (iFlows) using various adapters, such as SFTP, OData, SOAP, HTTPS, Mail, JDBC, IDoc, Process Call, JMS and Mail.
- Understanding SAP Development technologies like ABAP Objects, Webdynpros, BDC, User-exits, BAdIs, Reports is a big plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Office Suite is desirable(Word, Power Point, Excel)
