Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving to enhance application performance and user experience, while mentoring team members and facilitating knowledge sharing within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices. - Experience with application design and configuration. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration processes and data management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
