Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote team cohesion and project alignment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), AWS Architecture, Apache Spark, PySpark. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and services. - Proficient in data processing and analysis using Python libraries. - Ability to design scalable and efficient application architectures.
