Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications meet user needs and are delivered on schedule. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. - Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Android Application Development. - Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns. - Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Android Application Development. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
