Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the application design and development process effectively. - Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Ensure the quality and performance of applications meet project requirements. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS. - Strong understanding of cloud-based application development. - Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment. - Hands-on experience in designing scalable and secure applications on Azure. - Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A Any Btech degree is required.
