Roles & Responsibilities: - Communicates effectively in English, both written and verbal, and tailors technical information to suit different audiences, including non-technical stakeholders. - Works independently with a structured approach, managing and prioritizing tasks effectively. Recognizes when to escalate issues or seek support. - Applies engineering best practices consistently, including thorough documentation, version control, branching strategies, and naming conventions. Champions code quality, testing, and maintainability as part of the development process. - Works effectively with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions. Thrives in an agile team environment by actively participating in ceremonies, sharing knowledge openly, and fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration. - Demonstrates a willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve both personally and as part of a team.
