Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues effectively.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impacts.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level software applications.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues clearly and interact with diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
