Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to maintain the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system components to ensure stability and performance, supporting business continuity through diligent problem-solving and system monitoring.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to application support and troubleshooting.
- Experience in managing and supporting cloud-based financial reconciliation solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
