Job Responsibilities:
- Tackle complex problems at the intersection of finance and technology
- Contribute to a new business initiative within JPM that influences the commercialization strategy
- Partner with asset managers, hedge funds, and investment advisors to understand their needs
- Collaborate with high-performing teams within JPM to inspire innovation and champion change
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in scripting languages to support the live platform
- Strong skills in complex financial systems, application support, Unix/Linux, Unix Shell, Bash scripting, Python, Oracle SQL, and monitoring critical systems
- Experience with Grafana, Geneos, Control-M, and ITIL Level 2 support processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including network technologies and protocols
- Applications Support / SRE / DevOps experience
- Monitoring of critical systems in Production environments

- Object-oriented programming, cloud computing, distributed systems, and web applications
