- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new software features.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding of the systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve software issues.
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging software applications.
- Familiarity with system integration and data management.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
