Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system reliability. You will also be responsible for monitoring system health and ensuring that all components function seamlessly, contributing to the overall efficiency of business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Strong understanding of software debugging techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning.
- Ability to work with databases and perform data analysis.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
