Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with complex environments to maintain system stability and support business continuity through timely resolution of technical challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure components and protocols.
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting enterprise-level network systems.
- Ability to analyze complex system logs and identify root causes of issues.
- Familiarity with incident management and escalation processes.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
