  Job Purpose
  We are looking to bring in Senior Consultant/Specialist under Enterprise Operations and Technology, to help the implementation of next generation Digital Automation Platform. Candidate is required to possess relevant design development and maintenance experience in process automation using BPM or RPA or low code automation tools. Candidate should be a strong team player. Exposure to Retail Banking products or Wholesale/Investment banking is preferred.

  Responsibilities

• Be part of the BAU team which is responsible for Implementation of CRs and / or defects on the process automation use cases using low code platform
• Manage a team of 4 to 8 developers to deliver to BAU items in book of work
• CR / defect analysis including interaction with Business Users 
• Participate with BAs in analysis sessions and provide technical feasibility analysis and approach of the requirements to the team
• Unit testing of the program under development
• Participate in SIT / UAT defect triage call. Interact with users during UAT and follow up on UAT sign offs.
• Participate in demo to the business users during UAT and Preprod together with BA and UAT testers
• Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for the change requests and defects
• Responsible for the creation of high level designs to guide implementation faithful to architecture intent
• Distribute the Dev/BA tasks appropriately as per the strengths and weaknesses of the team
• Ensure that application development and enhancement is in line with Citi’s Coding Standards.
• Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of applications programming.
• Providing expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery.
• Provide rotational support for after-hours Production Support in case of critical outages.
  Must Have Skills:
• At least 8+ years of Technology Experience
• Managed a team of 4-8 developers
• Minimum 3 years of process automation development/configuration experience
• Good understanding of Database concepts and working knowledge any one databases e g Oracle /SQL Server/ MySQL
• Ability to understand functional and non functional requirement and convert them to configuration/ code
• BAU / Production support experience with exposure to incident triage calls, analyzing root cause etc is added advantage
  Good to Have Skills
• Hands on experience in design and development using Appian Experience using ALM and CICD tools like Bitbucket, TFS, Jenkins, BMC RLM or related tools in an agile methodology.
• Experience in SCMs like GIT; and tools like JIRA
• Experienced with automated build and test processes.
• Appian or any other low code technology Certifications in plus.
• Ability to understand requirement and convert them to working code
  Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
