The Applications Development Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Responsibilities
- Implementation of defects and change requests on the EUCS using process automation via low code platform in the change development team
- Requirement analysis including interaction with Business Users
- Participate with BAs in requirements analysis sessions and provide technical feasibility analysis and approach of the requirements to the team
- Unit testing of the program under development
- Participate in SIT / UAT defect triage call
- Bug fixing
- Ensure that application development and enhancement is in line with Citi’s Coding Standards for all the technologies as Knime,Python,Appian
- Providing expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery.
- Interact with end users during UAT and prod parallel testing phases for defect fixes.
- Adoptable with new Technology and innovation
Must Have Skills:
- At least 2+ years of Technology Experience
- Good Understanding of Knime ,Appian technology,Jira Tools
- Minimum 2 years of process automation development/configuration experience
- Good understanding of Database concepts and working knowledge any one databases e g Oracle /SQL Server/ MySQL
- Ability to understand functional and non functional requirement and convert them to configuration/ code
Good to Have Skills
- Hands on experience in design and development using Appian Experience using ALM and CICD tools like Bitbucket, TFS, Jenkins, Python,BMC RLM or related tools in an agile methodology.
- Experience in SCMs like GIT; and tools like JIRA
- Experienced with automated build and test processes.
- Appian or any other low code technology Certifications in plus.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
