We are seeking a highly skilled Platform and DevOps Lead Engineer to design, build, and manage robust infrastructure platforms that support scalable, secure, observable application environments. This role focuses on enabling development efficiency, infrastructure automation, and operational excellence across hybrid cloud and on-prem platforms, while ensuring end-to-end visibility through advance observability (ELK) and monitoring practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure platform infrastructure across cloud ( S3, ECS, OpenShift) and on-premises (Linux/Windows VMs) environments.
- Coordinate OS management and upgrades for Linux/Windows VMs.
- Lead capacity planning, lifecycle management, and decommissioning (Decom) of infrastructure and services.
- 12 to 14 years of hands-on experience on relevant tech stack
- Manage multiple micro-services used within team.
- Administer and maintain Active Directory(AD) configurations including ECS AD Groups for secure identity and access control.
- Manage/create OpenShift clusters for micro-services.
- Configure and maintain S3 buckets, ensure proper data security, lifecycle policies, and permissions.
- Oversee and maintain Autosys agent OpenShifts VM for scheduled job execution and automation.
- Handling of expired certificate renewals and lifecycle management of across critical systems.
- Integrate and maintain CyberArk for secure credential and secrets management.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement and manage Application observability solutions to ensure deep visibility into app behavior.
- Set up/manage and operate ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for centralized logging, analytics, and troubleshooting.
- Build/manage dashboards, alerts, and metrics to support incident detection, response, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies with FID requirements.
