Job Responsibilities:
ADVANCED QUALITY ENGINEER
Objective: Lead the development and implementation of systems and tools during pre-production events that prevent risks and quality issues in the process and product, ensuring customer satisfaction with the delivered product.
Knowledge
- Problem-solving tools.
- Implementation and application of core tools.
- Implementation of measuring equipment and fixtures.
- Global quality standards.
- Elements of advanced quality planning and parts approval.
- Mastery of specific customer requirements.
- Internal Auditor ISO/TS 16949 and/or VDA 6.3.
- Experience in Machining Processes.
- Interpretation and Reading of Drawings (GD&T).
- Knowledge of Product Functionality.
- Knowledge of SPC/MSA.
- Knowledge of Metallography Interpretation.
- Knowledge of Special Processes (CQI-9/11/15).
- Proficiency in SAP transactions applicable to Quality.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of Kaizen.
- ISO/IEC 17025
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 4+ years' of industry experience
- Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry
- Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving
- Experience in Machining Processes.
- Advanced English
