About This Role:
The role of the Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist, reporting to the accounts payable (AP) and AR manager, will involve all aspect of accounts receivable, maintaining the overall accuracy of the accounts and ledgers in the EMEA region.
Job Description:
- Chase 400-plus live accounts.
- Maintain accurate records and relevant reports.
- Track incoming payments.
- Process bills and issue invoices daily.
- Manage month-end closing activities related to billing.
- Assist with complex client billing.
- Assist with billing projects.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience working within the AR position.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and business partnering skills.
- Process-driven mindset.
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- A good working knowledge of financial applications (PeopleSoft and Salesforce experience is a plus) and other desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Confidence, accuracy, organization skills, flexibility, and self-motivation.
