What You Will Do:

  • Plans, monitors, direct and evaluate Associates production on daily basis. 
  • Ensures that daily schedules are met and communicates with Superiors and Associate Operations if situations occur that hinder meeting deadlines.
  • Identifies day-to-day operational priorities and other workflow challenges and then adjusts Associates and other staff’s as necessary to maintain a constant flow of work to meet delivery deadlines. 
  • Assists in the development and revision of operational policies and procedures that facilitate efficient workflow.  Develops an understanding of the workflows, procedures, and specific criteria for each assigned client.
  • Will be responsible to resolve queries, account reviews and provide training in case required.
  • Drive production and quality to the expected level.
  • Responsible to identify production and quality issues and to put plans in place for improvement.
  • Responds to and ensures that the acknowledgement mail on daily updates is sent on time.
  • Analyze data to identify payer issues & challenges and fixes.
  • Should work towards team engagement and retention/absenteeism.
  • Will be responsible to lead internal and external calls.
  • Performance management.
  • First level of escalation.
  • Should be good in Denial Management and should have knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid & ICD & CPT codes used on Denials Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniors.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed performance targets Ability to effectively prioritize individual and team
  • Active involvement in project launch sessions to understand the Associates process and track the daily progress during the launch period.
  • Communicates well in front of groups, both large and small.

What You Will Need:

  • Must have bachelor’s or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
  • Must have overall 10+ Years’ experience in Revenue Cycle Management domain.
  • Good Communication Skills (Oral and written) and Analytical Skills required for AR Calling for Medical Billing Process.
