Who we are? 

  • The Order-To-Cash QA is a critical member of the Order-To-Cash team responsible for conducting self-audit style quality checks against several processes and functions across the organization.
  • Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial and transactional data serves as a first line of defense against errors, and poor process practices.
  • This function helps to reinforce HVAC - Booking, Billing, CPS and CMD policies and provides respective teams with constructive feedback for the purpose of continuous process improvement.
  • Pull transactional reports and sample transactions to review for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to compliance policies.
  • Keeping watchful eye for an internal or external escalation emails and alerting management immediately.
  • Identify discrepancies and anomalies in transactional records and collaborate with relevant teams to rectify issues.
  • Engaging with multiple department leaders and should know the point of contact for relevant teams (Booking, Billing, Cash Applications, AR team, Dispute Management etc.) to establish documented QA and self-audit processes.
  • Perform accurate and efficient audits with good knowledge in Booking (New/Mod, Compliance, On hold, NA/Renewal/Federal contracts/Rider) and Billing (Install Billing-HVAC, PSA, Credit and Rebill, Special NA, General Service, and Inspections). Should have a knowledge regarding Service channel, XAAP and NACR along with System knowledge ERPs – ACE, Special Customer Portals like Coupa, ARIBA, Amazon, SMS ASSIST, BGIS, etc. For booking, should have a knowledge in Salesforce. CPS and CMD process knowledge is also preferred.
  • Should have knowledge about Dispute Management E2E.
  • Dive deep into the details to develop meaningful findings and recommend root cause remediation.
  • Develop and maintain standardized quality assurance procedures and checklists.
  • Conducting O2C tests of design and operational effectiveness for key processes and controls
  • Participate in conducting risk assessments and identify areas for process improvement to mitigate financial risks.
  • Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management, recommending corrective and preventive actions as necessary.

What we look for?

  • Graduate/Postgraduate/Master’s degree in any stream.
  • 5-8 years’ experience in QA Process, Design, Implementation and Program Management
  • Technical and Tactical experience in this field is a must.
  • Experience with QA Parameters (critical/noncritical) knowledge and able to Perform QA Audits and provide feedback.
  • Analytics and strong research skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong team player.
  • Should be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
