Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Subject Matter Expert - Legal Operations based in Chennai location
What a typical day looks like: :
- Provide support in document review for Litigation and ensure compliance of Company’s internal risk parameters and achievement of business objectives.
- Provide other litigation support as may be required
- Conduct legal research, using tools like Lexis+ AI, as and when required by the Senior Attorneys in Legal Department
- Liaison with outside counsel, manage e-billing tool, patent management tool, generate reports and insights from database
- Create playbooks and manuals of different processes
- Raise red flags/ make recommendations to other members of the Legal Department.
- Collaborate with senior Regional Attorneys and Corporate Litigation team
- Provide suggestions to the team when necessary, with regards to legal requirements.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team :
- Bachelor of Law from reputed Indian University
- minimum of 3-6 years hands on experience in Litigation Support work at any LPO, Law firm or a multinational corporation
- Experience in internal company compliance investigation will be an added advantage.
- Good experience in document review & attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent Communication skills in oral/written English.
- Very strong knowledge in MS Office, Legal Tools, Generative AI
