About the Role
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the preparation and delivery of statutory accounts for subsidiaries within the London Stock Exchange Group. The role involves working closely with finance teams, auditors, and senior stakeholders to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver annual statutory accounts for multiple entities.
Coordinate timelines and activities with internal teams and external auditors.
Draft financial statements and supporting documentation with clarity and compliance.
Provide guidance on the accounting impact of transactions and restructuring.
Assist with tax reporting through reconciliations and computations.
Contribute to process standardization and documentation for efficiency.
Preferred Background
A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or someone working toward qualification with relevant experience is ideal. Strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and clear communication are essential.
Experience in the following areas is beneficial:
Preparing UK statutory accounts and applying IFRS standards.
Understanding financial accounting principles.
Managing relationships across teams and geographies.
Familiarity with tools such as Oracle GL, HFM, and Blackline—or readiness to learn.
Embracing change and supporting continuous improvement.
