The Assistant Manager will design, develop, and deploy PowerApps solutions, integrate data sources, troubleshoot applications, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and deploy canvas apps and model-driven apps using Microsoft PowerApps.• Build custom connectors, Power Automate flows, and utilities to support application functionality.• Integrate PowerApps solutions with data sources including SharePoint Lists/Libraries, SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and Dataverse.• Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.• Ensure best practices around performance, security, and maintainability of apps.• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing PowerApps solutions.• Maintain documentation for apps, workflows, and system configurations.• Stay updated on the latest Power Platform capabilities and recommend improvements.
Key Skills and Experience:• Strong hands-on development experience with Microsoft PowerApps (both canvas and model-driven apps).• Expertise in integrating with SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, and Dataverse.• Experience with Power Automate (Flow) to automate processes and approvals.• Good understanding of Common Data Service (CDS) and Dataverse.• Ability to work with REST APIs, custom connectors, and Azure Functions (basic knowledge is a plus).• Proficient in using formulas, expressions, and logic inside PowerApps.• Experience with application lifecycle management (ALM) practices for Power Platform (bonus).• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environment.• Familiarity with Azure services and basic Power BI integration (desirable but not mandatory).
