You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to create compelling content, manage branding, and drive engagement across various platforms.Key Responsibilities
Branding & Visual Identity
- Develop and maintain brand identities for various verticals.
- Oversee logo design, branding elements, and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Conceptualize and create presentations, brochures, flyers, and other communication materials.
- Develop and manage sales support materials such as:
- Mock ads for potential clients (conceptualization, scripting, guiding video editors).
- Movie release slates for ad sales teams.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality materials under tight deadlines.
- Manage and maintain websites/microsites for various verticals.
- Ideate and oversee content creation for social media channels, including posts for launches, milestones, employer branding, and festival days.
- Drive engagement and growth across Qube and EPIQ social media pages (FB, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Plan and execute trade shows, ensuring seamless brand representation (including setting up mini theatres in exhibition spaces).
- Organize and manage branding for theatre launch events, facilitating press and influencer interactions.
- Identify PR opportunities, liaise with journalists, and secure media coverage for key business initiatives.
- Create and manage internal communication materials, including HR emailers and videos.
- Manage the corporate gifting process—identify suppliers, coordinate mockups, place orders, and oversee distribution.
- Coordinate with theatre exhibitors and vendors for branding and marketing materials.
- Draft communication materials such as letters to government bodies, press releases, and industry-related documents.
- Work closely with in-house designers and external consultants to deliver creative outputs.
- Foster an environment that encourages creativity and collaboration within the marketing team.
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing communications, branding, client servicing, or related fields.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and website content management.
- Basic understanding of design and video editing processes (working knowledge of design software is a plus).
- Experience in event planning, vendor coordination, and public relations.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- High level of creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Must be comfortable handling multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and delivering under tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
