SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
In this role, you support the Sales Manager in driving the growth of Jotun’s Performance Coatings business in Hyderabad. You build strong customer relationships, explore new opportunities, and promote our products using Jotun’s sales tools and best practices. By delivering excellent service and maintaining close engagement with customers, you aim to achieve targets in sales, gross margin, and DSO, while contributing to increased market share and long‑term profitability.This role is based in Hyderabad and reports to Regional Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets by managing customer relationships and identifying profitable opportunities.
- Manage Key Accounts: Develop and execute account plans by understanding customer needs and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Oversee Projects: Monitor project progress, resolve technical/commercial issues, and ensure timely completion with optimal coating performance.
- Promote Jotun Solutions: Conduct regular visits, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure Jotun is specified in projects and create new sales opportunities.
- Ensure Timely Collections: Monitor payments and ensure collections are received within agreed timelines to meet DSO targets.
- Coordinate & Communicate: Work closely with project teams and clients, respond to inquiries, support sales presentations, and contribute to meetings to achieve sales objectives.

Experience & Qualification
- Education: Any Graduation
- Experience: Min 3 Years in protective coating sales
