We are looking for an Associate Application Support Engineer for Chennai location, to join our company.

In Wilhelmsen Port Services, we provide our customers with peace of mind while we handle their cargo, their vessels and their crew. We handle 75,000 port calls per year, which means that every 7 minutes, anywhere around the world, we send a ship safely out to sea again to fulfil its purpose. We match local expertise with strict global standards, making sure we consistently make our customers’ port calls as efficient and safe as possible.

Who you are:

You are an early-career Salesforce professional who is eager to build expertise in production support and development. You work well under guidance, follow established processes, and are committed to learning and growing your Salesforce skills.

What you will be doing:
  • Support Salesforce applications by resolving well-defined production issues under guidance
  • Assist with debugging using logs, Developer Console, and monitoring tools
  • Contribute to small development tasks such as Apex changes, Flows, and configuration updates
  • Support deployment activities and post-release verification
  • Follow defined support processes, SLAs, and SOPs
  • Document known issues, fixes, and support procedures
Required experience and skills:
  • 2–3 years of experience with Salesforce development and/or application support
  • Working knowledge of Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration
  • Basic understanding of production support and incident handling
  • Willingness to work across development and support responsibilities
  • Strong learning mindset and communication skills
Preferred Certifications
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
