Technical Skills – 

1. Microsoft .NET Stack-
   • Proficiency in .NET 8.0, C#, ASP.NET Core, and MVC.
   • Experience with building Web APIs and Minimal APIs.
   • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, TypeScript, and NodeJS.
2. Data Persistence and Messaging-
   • Hands-on experience with ORMs (Object-Relational Mappers).
   • Knowledge of messaging and streaming technologies.
3. NoSQL Databases-
   • Understanding of NoSQL databases and their use cases.
4. Microsoft Azure-
   • Designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Azure services:
     • Azure App Services

1. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

• General Python skills.
• Data handling using Python.

• Exposure to technologies such as Databricks and Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Spark.

Requirements & Responsibilities -

1. Architectural Design and Implementation
   • Design scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions based on Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and SharePoint Online.
   • Provide expertise in creating robust architectures that align with business objectives.
2. Requirements Gathering and Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into architectural blueprints and design specifications.

1. Mentoring and Knowledge Transfer

• Mentor new engineers, helping them adapt to the software development environment.
• Share best practices and guide their learning journey.

1. Alignment with Business Goals: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance teams and ensure that technical solutions align with business requirements.

Education – 

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from top tier colleges with good grades from an Engineering Background
