Job Title: Associate Beyond Support Coordinator
Location: Chennai
 

Responsibilities:

• Resolve assigned L1 tickets.
• Set up user accounts.
• Perform L1 admin tasks such as resetting passwords, assigning eBooks, and others.

• Work from 9 pm to 6 am IST shift pattern (Complete night shift).

Requirements:

• Can be a person with 1-2 year of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• The ability to be flexible and adapt to changing business needs.
• The ability to problem-solve and multi-task.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• High degree of detail and excellent organizational skills.
