Job Overview:
As an Analyst – Workday Finance, you will gain hands-on experience working on Workday Finance implementation projects. You will work closely with our experienced professionals, assisting in the optimization of finance systems, business processes, and analyzing data to help clients maximize the value of their Workday investment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in configuring and testing Workday Finance modules to meet business requirements.
• Support financial data migration, validation, and reconciliation tasks.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve Workday Finance system issues.
• Participate in design sessions and assist with documenting system configurations.
• Conduct research on Workday Finance functionalities and provide insights for process improvement.
• Work with financial analytics, reporting tools, and dashboards.
• Provide administrative support for Workday Finance projects as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- MBA Finance/ Chartered Accountants/Cost Accountant Graduates in 2024 /2025 with no backlogs.
- Consistent academic record of a minimum of 60% or CGPA equivalent to 60% in X, XII, Diploma, Under-Graduation and Post-Graduation (Aggregate of all semesters to be considered)
- Maximum of 2 year’s gap in education, no criteria for dead and active backlogs
- At the time of joining, all recruits need to have a minimum 60% aggregate in graduation with no standing arrears or backlogs
- Foundational knowledge of basic financial concepts and finance information systems, including processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools such as Excel and Access to translate information into documentation and solution design.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish relationships of trust and collaboration quickly.
- Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
