About Data Management

Data Management is responsible for multiple aspects of data management and operations for the firm, including database administration and design, business intelligence and data architecture, data analytics, governance, and quality.
About this role

A DataOps Engineer is responsible for managing alerts getting generated from EDP pipelines and work on resolve using SOP and if needed involve multiple teams. They bridge the gap between data engineers, data scientists, and DevOps by implementing CI/CD, monitoring, and orchestration tools like Airflow or Kubernetes. This role focuses on optimizing data flow, reducing latency, and enforcing governance.

Key Responsibilities
Data Quality & Monitoring: Implement data quality checks, observability, and alerting systems (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus Splunk) to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Collaboration: Work across teams (data engineer, analysts, DevOps) to streamline data delivery and resolve bottlenecks. 
Technology Stack: Python, SQL, Airflow , Snowflake
