We are looking for a motivated Associate Engineer to join our Marketing Solutions team. This role is ideal for early career engineers who are passionate about backend development and eager to learn in a polyglot environment using Java and Python. Required Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in software development or backend services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Academic or project experience using Java or Python (at least one; both preferred).
- Understanding of:
- Java Spring Boot or Python Flask
- REST APIs and microservices fundamentals
- SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and basic CI/CD concepts.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Internship or project experience in backend development.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or backend data access patterns.
