Job Summary
As a Firmwide Resiliency Office Associate working in Reporting and Analysis Team in Mumbai, your role will be to perform reporting of Resiliency Risk Metrics, support development and implementation of new risk Metrics.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage key Resiliency Risk Metrics, including the drafting of commentary and analysis.
- Understand Resiliency Risk metrics, thresholds for metrics and interpret commentary around metrics and threshold breaches
- Adhere to various control procedures and edit checks to ensure the integrity of reports
- Collaborating effectively with various Lines of Business(LOB) ensuring seamless communication, and building strong, cooperative relationships with them.
- Contribute to the improvement and automation of the FRO reporting process
- Engage in UAT testing, production readiness reviews and post-production deployment validations
- Grow subject matter expertise in Firmwide Resiliency Office processes and practices
- Establish and manage relationships with the line of business reporting representatives
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance
- Experience in Reporting and business analysis within the financial services industry.
- Effective communication skills
- Detail oriented, strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel (VBA), PowerPoint skills
- Working knowledge of BI tools (Tableau / Qlik Sense, Power BI etc.) and data manipulation tools (such as Python , Alteryx, Cognos)
- Experience working with agile practices and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Enthusiastic, self-driven with ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as on a team
