Associate Functional Architect - Supply Chain

• Seeking an astute individual that has a strong Supply Chain experience and technical knowledge with the additional ability to be hands-on with the broader teams as part of the development/deployment and maintenance cycle, and good knowledge of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with customers and internal platform, and the product teams.

What you’ll do:

Associate Functional Architect - Responsibilities

• Develops a deep functional understanding of Blue Yonder product areas.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and development teams to identify and define business scenarios for applications.
• Translates high-level epic requirements from the Product Management Group (PMG) into detailed feature functions and use cases for Product Development (PD).
• Creates functional specifications and provides use cases for new features, ensuring alignment with the overall functional design.
• Participates in planning and review meetings, ensuring implementation aligns with business objectives.
• Responds to functional queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Reviews test scenarios, test cases, and business scenario data used during development to ensure accuracy and coverage.
• Contributes to and reviews product documentation to ensure clarity and alignment with new features.
• Guides and mentors QA engineers, business analysts, and functional analysts, fostering cross-functional knowledge sharing.
• Analyzes independent application features, explains and clarifies requirements to the development team, and ensures requirements align with inputs from product and project managers.
• Possesses strong domain knowledge and a solid understanding of business operations to contribute effectively to the resolution of issues.
• Collaborates with services teams as necessary to address and resolve challenges.

• Database Modeling: Strong knowledge of database modeling and structuring to support functional requirements.
• Functional Interface Design: Expertise in designing user-friendly interfaces for seamless functionality and improved user experience.
• Cross-Functional Integrations: Proficient in understanding and managing integrations across various functional domains.
• Supply Chain Knowledge: Solid understanding of supply chain processes and best practices to inform product development.
• Excel and Macros: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including macro development for automation and efficiency.
