Job Description

  • Uphold the quality assurance (QA) requirements in SS&C Blue Prism’s Partner Engage program which includes partner certification. Partner certification measures the partners capabilities and uses the SS&C Blue Prism robotic operating model (ROM) as a framework. This role would include the following QA aspects:
    • Providing guidance on quality assurance to partners for projects in:
      • Implementing Blue Prism intelligent automation software, and other products in the SS&C portfolio, to solve complex business problems for our customers
      • Establishing (or maturing) intelligent automation capabilities and providing intelligent automation as a managed service for customers
    • Driving the next evolution of:
      • Partners’ quality assurance model in line with the expansion of SS&C Blue Prism’s Intelligent Automation portfolio and maturity in the Intelligent Automation market
      • Efficacious approach to assess partner maturity in line with industry best practices and key themes for Intelligent Automation
      • Analytics and reporting of partner activity in certification, enablement, and business success
      • Partner Portal adoption by supporting the implementation and administration of partner program changes and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the partner journey in the portal  
    • Identifying areas of innovation and best-in-class approaches to provide a benchmark of success for partners, pro-active development
  • Apply relevant partner/customer experiences to highlight areas where partners have succeeded and excelled, as well as provide recommendations to remediate issues in project quality, where required
  • Highlight and implement efficiencies in SS&C Blue Prism's existing approach to partner certification, by using automation and process redesign to ensure optimum service to partners whilst positively impacting our cost to serve model
  • Support SS&C Blue Prism's Partner Success regional leads in strategic and scalable enablement initiatives for select partners that have priority status
  • Be a trusted advisor and advocate for the partners growth and success along with SS&C Blue Prisms
    • Build strong relationships and analyse their priorities, strategy, and opportunities
    • Inform partners about the company’s products, services and special offers which align to their objectives and provide them with enablement and or certification opportunities which support their goals
    • Identify potential sales opportunities and engage the appropriate team to follow up
    • Identify trends that can improve organizational procedures
    • Conduct customer interviews and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction

Your Experience:

  • Intelligent Automation experience is required; cloud industry is preferred.
  • Experience forming strong customer relationships and working for a SS&C Blue Prism partner. E.g., Value Added Reseller, System Integrator, etc.
  • Proven referenceable experience in implementing Intelligent Automation solutions using software, ideally SS&C Blue Prism’s, and the following approaches:
    • Analysing, understanding, and documenting the business processes in detail where needed.
    • Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements.
    • Designing process automations following standard design principles and conventions, like SDD (Solution Design Document) etc.
    • Configuring new Blue Prism automations and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
    • Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
    • Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
    • Helping customers implement, operate & manage automation at scale, experience with frameworks like SS&C Blue Prism’s Robotic Operating Model (ROM).
