What You’ll Do

  • Partnership & Affiliate On-boarding and Education

    • Responsible for new partners (e-wallet, credit card companies, airlines, telecom, duty free stores, etc.), affiliates (bloggers), and Kreator (content creators) on-boarding process as well as their soft-landing into Klook’s ecosystem in order to create maximum synergy from new found partnership.

    • Introduce partners, affiliates and Kreators to Klook’s admin system and provide required education and training on utilization of available self service systems.

  • Partnership & Affiliate Management Support

    • Support Partnership Manager successfully manage relationships with partners via regular check-ups to identify co-op opportunities as well as helping to plan and update annual partnership pipeline.

    • Support Affiliate Manager successfully manage relationships with Affiliates and Kreators by fostering strong business bonds in order to produce quality contents that maximize performance and contribution to the channel. 

  • Promotion and Campaign Execution Support

    • Support creation of partnership promotions as well as execution of Affiliate & Kreator campaigns to help in acquire, engage, convert, and retain, multiple customer segments.

      • Partnership promotion page design and set up, coupon creation, revenue tracking, and promotion result report creation.

      • Affiliate & Kreator product sponsorship management, content posting follow up, revenue tracking, commission payment, provision of timely responses to inquiries. 

  • B2B Partnership Support: marketing engagement support for B2B partners, as well as technical support for seamless partner integration (e.g. API integration, Whitelabel integration, etc.). 

  • Ad Hoc Projects: Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager to contribute to Marketing Team’s initiatives.
     

What You’ll Need

  • 1 year of experience in account management / client servicing in a B2B environment is recommended (relevant internship experience would be considered)

  • Prompt, organized, detail oriented, and able to adapt to fast paced working environment

  • Fluency in English and Korean

  • Customer first attitude, quality focused work ethics, eagerness to learn and improve, and openness to receiving and providing feedback

  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds

  • Interest and experience in an e-Commerce and / or travel industry
