The Associate in Master Data Management will manage Item Master data for the EMEA region using the M3 system. Responsibilities include processing email requests, ensuring timely item registrations, maintaining sales unit information, updating pricing, and managing supplier connections and agreements.
Job Description:
- Effectively manage the Item Master data for the EMEA region within the M3 system, responding to diverse requests from Global Product Managers, Planners, and other stakeholders.
- The team is responsible for registering different types of items like Filler Metal, Equipment, Karben Cutting, RM/Factory Items, Local Sales Items, etc.
- On average, we handle 500 email requests per month.
- Team needs to ensure to register items within 4 hours of SLA for the Karben Business Critical, Project Items, etc.
- Priority is given to updating and maintaining standard costs for items, ensuring accuracy.
- Additionally, we meticulously maintain Sales unit information, including Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and Incremental Order Quantities (IOQ), along with correct HS Codes
- It's also essential to regularly update sales prices for specific customers as well as Global prices.
- Need to connect the requested items with primary and secondary suppliers to place the Purchase Orders.
- Creating/amending Supplier agreements for all EMEA as requested for the purchase prices/TPS.
- Support required to handle the bulk request update in terms of Item registrations, price updates (Purchase price or Sales prices)
- The team is supporting the route code update for all European counties.
