Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 10+ years
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical development and solution delivery.
- Strong hands-on expertise in X++ development and D365 F&O extensibility framework.
- Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 Application Object Tree (AOT), customization, extensions, and development patterns.
- Strong experience with D365 ERP integrations, configuration, connectors, and third-party application integrations.
- Expert-level knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Proven experience in D365 F&O technical architecture, solution design, and development governance.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps, source control management, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
- Hands-on experience with OData, REST APIs, Azure services, and integration frameworks.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with global teams.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications such as MB-300, MB-500, or MB-700.
- Experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing domains.
- Knowledge of Azure services including Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Functions.
- Experience with data platforms such as Data Lake, BYOD, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with Power Platform integration and Business Events.
- Experience leading global D365 F&O implementation and support programs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end technical design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) solutions.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable technical architecture and solution designs.
- Define, enforce, and review development standards, coding practices, and technical governance.
- Perform hands-on development using X++, extensions, Chain of Command (CoC), event handlers, and extensibility frameworks.
- Design, develop, and oversee customizations including forms, classes, workflows, batch processes, and integrations.
- Architect and manage integrations between D365 F&O and third-party applications using OData, REST APIs, Azure services, and integration frameworks.
- Configure and manage D365 ERP integrations, connectors, and third-party application interfaces.
- Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders and coordinate effectively with offshore development teams.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure delivery quality across technical teams.
- Manage source control, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes using Azure DevOps.
- Manage application deployments and environment activities through Dynamics 365 Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and provide technical solutions.
- Prepare technical design documents, development guidelines, deployment documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and implementation methodologies.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
