Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MATLAB scripts and Embedded C code for radar system algorithms and signal processing tasks.
 - Design and implement MATLAB GUI applications using MATLAB Guide and App Designer, incorporating relevant automotive MATLAB Toolboxes.
 - Analyze and optimize radar waveforms, RSP processing algorithms, and antenna/MMIC integration to enhance system performance.
 - Conduct system-level validation and verification testing of radar hardware and software, including KPI development and reporting.
 - Integrate and troubleshoot CAN interfaces or similar communication protocols within radar systems.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and refine radar-based ADAS features, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
 - Utilize tools such as Visual Studio, MATLAB, JIRA, Bitbucket, and PTC for version control, issue tracking, and collaborative development.
 - Manage requirements and documentation effectively using tools like DOORS or Code Beamer.
 - Contribute to the development and enhancement of in-cabin radar CPD systems and related automotive safety features.
 - Support continuous improvement of radar system performance through detailed testing, analysis, and iterative refinement.
 
Who we are looking for
- Radar System Knowledge: Solid background and good understanding of Radar waveforms, RSP processing, Radar antenna, and MMIC components (Must), with 3-5 years of relevant experience
 - Proficiency in Scripting Languages: Strong experience in MATLAB and Embedded C scripting (Must), with 4-8 years of hands-on experience.
 - GUI Development Expertise: Proven capability in MATLAB GUI development using MATLAB Guide and App Designer, along with experience utilizing Automotive and other MATLAB Toolboxes
 - Validation & Verification: Demonstrated experience in Radar system-level validation and verification testing, including KPI reporting (Good), with 3-5 years of experience.
 - Interface Knowledge: Strong understanding of CAN interface or similar communication interfaces (Good).
 - Tools & Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Visual Studio and MATLAB (Must).
 - Development & Collaboration Tools: Practical experience with version control and project management tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, or PTC (Must), and familiarity with DOORS or Code Beamer for requirements management (Good).
 - In-Cabin Radar Systems: Knowledge of in-cabin radar CPD systems (Good to have).
 - ADAS Feature Development: Experience in developing radar-based ADAS features, especially related to advanced driver-assistance systems (Good), with 3-5 years of relevant work.
 
Your preferred qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E. / B. tech) with Experience of working on exterior or interior radar systems (Must) (5-8 years)
 - OR Master of Engineering (M. Tech / M.E.) in Radar signal processing with experience (Good) (3-5 years)
