Summary

• To keep C1PH sustainably well-managed, the Associate will assist in working with the process owners and managers to optimize processes, design effective business controls, and help create an environment that promotes excellence. This will require good understanding of business objectives, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and application of process improvement and change management skills. The Associate will develop rapport with others and recognize their concerns, build and maintain long-term associations based on trust.

General Responsibilities

• Process Simplification / Improvement
  • Assist local process improvements using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Agile, whichever is appropriate for a particular improvement opportunity
  • Assist/create process design and documents user stories, process risks, business requirements and specifications for process automation
  • Help the process owner in designing effective and efficient processes
  • Help the process owner in the identification and prioritization of improvement opportunities
  • Help the process owner in the identification of opportunities that expose and mitigate risk
• Process Management
  • Ensure projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organizations established policies and procedures
  • Help train process owner and specialist on process management and continuous improvement
  • Act as contact person to maintain and support internal trackers and documentations
  • Monitor all process improvements in the assigned project/s and escalate to the Department Manager any challenges that need management intervention
• All other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Science, or any other relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience in a software testing, and/or in an automation role
• At least 1 year of experience in designing, managing, controlling, and optimizing processes
• Amenable to working in a Hybrid Setup
• Open to working in Alabang
• Open to Night Shift schedule

Skills Required:

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-directed, independent and can work with minimal supervision
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details and time management skills
• Aptitude to learn new things or new technologies and be inquisitive

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Business Process Management, Process Improvement, Project Management and Change Management
• Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Basic understanding of Lean & Six Sigma methodologies
• Basic understanding of an Agile workplace environment
• At least knowledgeable in web-based solutions or software development tools (e.g. HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, .NET, or SQL)
