We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Specialist to join our team at Revvity. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our scientific teams, commercial and marketing departments, ensuring successful product implementation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Competitor and Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Customer Presentations: Develop and deliver product presentations to clients, showcasing features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • New Product Initiation and Tracking: Coordinate new product introductions, establish timelines, and track progress against key milestones.
  • New Product Implementation and Management: Oversee product implementation processes, ensuring smooth integration into existing workflows and systems.
  • Test Code Setup and TITAN Management: Configure and maintain test codes within internal test code management system.
  • Client Communications: Draft clear, concise notifications and communications to clients regarding product updates, changes, or new offerings.
  • Document Management: Maintain and update critical documentation including Test Requisition Forms (TRF), Informed Consent Forms (ICF), marketing materials, and other product-related documents.
  • Training and Education: Create and deliver training materials for internal teams and customers on product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Any other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in molecular biology, Genomics, or related life-science field required.
  • Candidates with a background in Genetic Counseling preferred.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in genomics, NGS, or related omics technologies.
  • Previous experience in product management or technical support within the genomics industry.
  • Experience with customer-facing roles and technical presentations preferred.
