You will collaborate across teams to ensure projects deliver operational scale and client value. Your role will be pivotal in driving successful project outcomes and supporting change management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements
- Conduct working group sessions to understand needs and expectations
- Identify gaps in current processes and propose actionable solutions
- Develop comprehensive documentation for business and technical teams
- Ensure clarity and accessibility of all project documentation
- Validate final deliverables against requirements and expectations
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with objectives
- Work with technical teams to design and implement scalable solutions
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues
- Support change management initiatives and provide training for adoption
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and project management
- Apply strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Analyze complex problems and make effective decisions
- Communicate exceptionally with stakeholders and senior management
- Utilize project management and business analysis tools like MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and build diverse teams
