Title: Associate Sales Operations Analyst

Location: Remote/ Chennai

Job Description: As an Associate Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for providing operational, analytical and quality support services to Consulting, Operations, Sales and Support teams.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Strong understanding of Transact business at a detailed level. This includes products, what they do, and how they interact with other products to form a complete system.
  • Create, review, and reconcile sales orders to ensure accuracy between the client purchase order(s) and contractual agreement(s).
  • Support the development of metrics to measure, analyze, and recommend improvement strategies on operational processes to include productivity models, resource allocation models, metrics and measures.
  • Present findings to Transact Operations Management regarding key activities, trends, and measures affecting this business and our clients.
  • Provide process and reporting analysis to support the management team in decision making.
  • Create and maintain client facing quotes and sales orders using Microsoft Dynamics Client Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Determine how the product/service will be delivered (by Consulting, Support or third-party vendor) and confirm when the product/service has been completed. This requires analysis of all fulfillment systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations).
  • Aid the Consulting team to determine proper product pricing and provide information regarding sales details. This includes preparation of Project Change Requests (PCR) for delivery to clients.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly invoicing files from Concur and Go Sign Me Up for manual invoice creation within Finance and Operations as well as process all invoicing relating to completed projects and sales orders within Finance and Operations.
  • Act as a liaison with the Accounting department to resolve any invoicing and revenue related questions.
  • Research client disputes and provide necessary backup to support invoicing.
  • Provide reporting to Consulting management to determine profitability, project statuses, and projected invoicing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • One year of experience in Sales or Client Services Operations.
  • One to two years of clerical and accounting experience.
  • Strong compute, financial, communication and analytical skills.
  • Experienced Microsoft Excel user familiar with Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, and VLOOKUP’s.
  • Ability to collect and assess data and report findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, use logical judgement in decision making, and solve complex problems. Tackle a problem independently and quickly find a solution.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels of internal clients and external vendors.
  • Ability to prioritizes tasks, work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
