Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

Main point of contact between Commissions Accounting team and in-country sales/finance teams.

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the commission processing of multiple countries in Geographic regions.

Preparation, validation and submission of commission payments to In-country payroll.

Work within our CRM tool (Salesforce.com) to extract data, run reports and research opportunities as needed.

Enable the sales force and Commissions Accounting so that compensation mechanics and initiatives are fully understood.

Schedules and moderates monthly/quarterly meetings with in-country finance for commissions sign off.

Research and respond to Commissions issues as needed. Ability to interact with all levels of Sales teams. Have the ability to interpret and make judgment calls on compensation plan exceptions.
Required experience:
-
2-5 years of work experience in Sales Commissions/ Compensation/ Operations preferred.

Salesforce.com experience preferred.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.

Familiarity/ ability to navigate Billing systems a plus.

Familiar with Google Suite of products.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage conflicting priorities and complete assignments under aggressive time constraints.

Demonstrated ability to be productive with minimal supervision and have no concerns with being managed remotely. Must be results oriented and able to move forward without complete information.

BS/BA or equivalent work/life experience.

Fluent in second / third language a plus.
