Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 5+years.
- Strong Architect experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, customizations, and enhancements to meet business requirements
- Strong working experience in OmniStudio.
- Experience in architectural design and integration of Salesforce solutions across Sales cloud, Service cloud, and Community cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, or other middleware solutions.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations to support business operations.
- Expertise in Salesforce development tools like Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and CLI.
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Gearset, or Copado.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools and best practices for process optimization.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Ability to stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and new features, and recommend their application to improve business processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to document technical specifications, solution designs, and coding standards.
- Proven ability to mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and insights.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or equivalent certifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and being able to convert them into a technical design that elegantly meets the requirements.
- Mapping decisions with requirements and being able to translate the same to developers.
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements.
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Writing and reviewing design documents explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers.
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc.,and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed.
- Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it.
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects.
- Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken.
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
