Associate Staff Engineer, Generative AI

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience 4+ Years.
• Strong working experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLM application frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, SmolAgents or similar.
• Experience in designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience working with AI/ML libraries.
• Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search.
• Hands-on experience with Knowledge Graphs and graph databases like Neo4j.
• Strong understanding of LLM internals, prompt engineering, fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT), and foundation models.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker) and/or Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure AI Foundry).
• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices including model monitoring, logging, evaluation frameworks, and observability.
• Experience integrating structured and unstructured data sources for semantic search and contextual AI systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code.
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project.
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
• Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs.
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
